About Lisa:
Lisa Smith is a wellness advocate with nearly three decades of experience helping people simplify their health in ways that actually fit real life. She is passionate about helping busy women stay strong, energized, and well while leading full lives, growing businesses, and managing everything in between.


✨ Stepping Out Movement Experience with Rhonda Foote

Rhonda will lead a special Stepping Out class — a fun, low-impact dance and movement experience designed to make you feel like you’re back in high school, dancing and sweating with your friends. Participants can keep it low impact or add weights and increase intensity as they choose.


About Rhonda:
Rhonda Foote, founder of FooteWorks (est. 1987), has built a Northern NY legacy dance studio serving ages 18 months and up. The studio lives by its motto, Where Dance Is An Art, and continues to give back to the community through performance and connection.
